I’ve been using cloaked for a little while now, and yeah, it feels like a good deal for what you get. It’s simple enough to figure out, and I really like not having to hand out my actual info all over the place. Totally calm and normal about that, obviously. So far, no real complaints.

The email part worked fine, but the masked phone number never forwarded my calls like it was supposed to. I kept expecting it to start working, but it never did, which was really frustrating. Since I paid for a feature that didn’t actually function, I’d expect some kind of compensation or refund for the trouble.

I had a login problem, and from what I remember, support got back to me quickly. It was simple to deal with and I didn’t get passed around or stuck in some weird back-and-forth. Really appreciated the quick help.

"Great for anyone who cares about privacy"
I’ve been using it mainly to keep my personal info private, and it does the job well. For other customers who don’t want to worry as much about their data being out there, this is a solid choice

I found this kind of hard to use, and there were moments where I wasn’t sure what I was supposed to do next. It got confusing at times, and I’d really appreciate some acknowledgment or an apology for the frustrating experience...
